Copyright Statement

The Educator's Reference Desk lesson plan collection exists for the benefit of educational practitioners--please use them in your teaching activities and adapt them for your classroom as necessary. It is also acceptable to link to a lesson plan from your own or your school's web site without express permission.

Please be aware, however, that ownership of most lesson plans included in this collection is retained by the lesson plan author.  Requests for permission to use the lessons in situations other than classroom practice or outside accepted educational fair use guidelines must be made to the author noted on the lesson plan. This includes requests to reproduce or redistribute lesson plans in publications or other media.

The Educator's Reference Desk does have the authority to grant permission for the above uses for a select few lesson plans. These lesson plans can be found by clicking this Submit button.
