[LM_NET] TARGET: ink cartridge recycling?

Does anyone have a program that they are using and like to recycle ink
cartridges?  One company we used over the past few years stopped doing it
and then last year we tried: http://www.fundingfactory.com/ and they
didn't except many of the things we sent.

Is there another that is better or that you prefer to use?
