[LM_NET] OT: AntiSpyCheck--How do you get rid of it????

Oh collective wise ones--my son's PC has contracted AntiSpyCheck--and it's driving 
him (and me) nuts.  Any attempts I've made to remove the program through the 
control panel have not worked.  I've searched online, but am apparently not using 
the right search terms b/c all I come up with is MORE stuff offering to remove 
AntiSpyCheck--for a small fee of course.  Any ideas short of wiping the hard drive 
and reinstalling everything?  (I really don't want to do that if I don't have to!)
