[LM_NET] TAR-> Advisory Committees

I am interested in finding out information about schools that currently use 
advisory committees for their library.
Who serves on the committee? (teachers, parents, admin, students)
When, where and how often meetings are held?
Do they recommend goals or objectives for the LMC?
Most importantly: do they work for the LMS?
