[LM_NET] Target: Disappearing Glogs

I've introduced a teacher to glogster and  it has been fraught with problems. She 
signed up as an educator and used the autogenerated student accounts. But we've had 
problems with one student's glog turning up on another student's account, and one 
student's glogs have repeatedly disappeared. Has anyone else had these kind of 
problems? Were you able to recover the glogs?
 
Any help would be appreciated.
