[LM_NET] TARGET: Langston Hughes

A teacher would like the article she used to use in another district
written by Langston Hughes concerning "The Blues" or "Writing the Blues"
- an essay on this subject; this may or may not be the correct title.
She used it when teaching in California and it was included in a US
History text book with probable copyright of 1997 - probable textbook
title is American Voices, a collection of primary documents. 

 

I have searched my library and the online sources that I have access to
- no luck.
