[LM_NET] TAR: recommendations for blogging

Hi everyone.  This info is for me.  I am really interested in creating a personal 
blog, but don't know which sites to look at to set one up.  If you have experience 
that you are willing to share about pros and cons of various sites and things that 
work best, I would love to hear from you.  Please respond to me off list.
