[LM_NET] Gen: State Awards List

These two recent posts make me realize that I haven't updated my 
state awards list for a bit.

This site did accurately list the Texas Library Associations award 
programs (four in all), so that was a sigh of relief -- but if there 
are sites I have missed or updated URLs that you know of for your 
state award.  Would you please send me an e-mail off-list.  Thank you.
