[LM_NET] GEN: Funding AR

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knew whether schools are allowed to purchase Accelerated 
Reader or Reading Counts with Title 1 funds?  Last I heard, which was several years 
ago, Title I money could only be spent on programs that have been proven to be 
effective and those programs did not qualify at the time.  Thanks for any input you 
might offer on the subject! L.
