One of my fourth-grade teachers is planning to use Adam Rex's The True Meaning of
Smekday and would like some lesson plans or curricular extensions. We've already
thought of creating a time line of Tip's journey, mapping her journey and marking
significant places with a paragraph explaining what happened there, and picking
sections of Tip's story to retell from Pig or J.Lo's point of view. Has anyone
else used this book and created more things to do?
Thanks,
Becky
