My theatre arts and choir teachers are collaborating to present a spring musical,
Seussical, Junior the Musical. They want to make t-shirts for the cast and choir
with Dr. Seuss characters on them. They will not be sold for a profit but they will
not be used in face to face classroom setting. The students will just be wearing
them the night of the performance and anytime after that. I think the use of Dr.
Seuss characters is a copyright violation in this case. What do you think?
