[LM_NET] Simple Read Across America Ideas

Hi Everyone, 
 
I am looking for simple ideas to do with my K-2 students for "Read across America", 
during their 30 minute library class. Any ideas?  As a filler at the end, does 
anyone have any good SMART Board sites? Thanks!
