[LM_NET] update burned by ellen hopkins

Thank you to all who gave me advice about burned. This morning as I was setting up 
for class 2 eighth grade girls came into the library.   They both had copies of 
impulse another novel written by ellen hopkins. I asked both girls about burned and 
they both want to read this book. I will be adding it to the collection. Many of 
the 8th graders are ready for more high school reading materials.
