[LM_NET] Mailbox Select August 2006??

Hi all,
 
A coworker is looking for a ditto that came from mailboxselect.com  in August 2006. 
Unfortunately the page she wants was not in the actual magazine (that I have) and 
we didn't print out all the online extras at the time.  Does anyone have the old 
dittos?  I am looking for one called Rules for a Happy Day (it's a cut-out sheet 
with smiley faces).
