[LM_NET] GEN,SEC: blogs and threaded discussions

A colleague & I would like to set up a blog that allows for threaded discussions. 
In the past, we have used the free Edublogs with success, but it does not allow for 
threaded discussions. We are most interested in those for which there is no 
subscription fee.
