[LM_NET] Target: MSN weather tab

Hello all:
 
I have MSN as my home page and I like being able to look up in the top right hand 
corner in the morning and find out about the weather without having to go into the 
page itself.  My home city has changed itself to "Watervliet" instead of my town 
"Queensbury".  I have tried everything I can think of, going in and removing the 
city, etc.  What am I missing?  I really don't care about the weather there, just 
the weather in my town (which is also of course a good 5-8 degrees colder!).
