[LM_NET] tar: What is the recommended age of computers for media centers?

I have done a book collection analysis using Follett, and appreciate the "age 
sensitivity" portion of the report.  I was wondering if there is an authority out 
there who recommends the age when a computer lab would be considered outdated.
