[LM_NET] TAR: staff development blogs

Does anyone use a blog or wiki for internal staff development discussion?  My 
principal for next year is interested in doing something like this and I told him 
you guys might have some great advice for us!  Anything about formats, topics, what 
worked and what didn't would be useful.

I'll post a hit.
