[LM_NET] Target: Destiny 9.0 Patron Created User Name/Password Question

Dear LM_Netters,

We just upgraded to Destiny 9.0 and my fellow District librarians will soon
discuss whether to activate the option for students to create their own user
name & passwords.

I'm hoping for your opinions if you already allow this and if it has posed
any problems like kids creating logins for someone other than themselves.
