Danielle, the author and presenter is our own JUDY FREEMAN!  And the 
book, one not to be missed for an elementary librarian is Once Upon a 
Time: Using Storytelling, Creative Drama, and Reader's Theater with 
children in Grades PreK-6 (Libraries Unlimited).  I was the reviewer.
