[LM_NET] TARGET: Elem books on light, lenses

I have a 5th grade science teacher looking for books on concave and convex
lenses and how light travels through each, and on how light travels through
the eye.  I am having trouble identifying books that include this, and that
are appropriate for this age level.   Any suggestions would be welcome.
