The March 2008 issue of Library Media Connection has an article by Gail K. 
Dickinson, Ph.D., "A Place to Stand." This article makes reference to the enGauge 
project. If you are interested in following up by taking a look at the entire 
report, their website will only be available through 3/31/08 due to funding
