Another Good Morning to Everyone!
I need to clarify my earlier request to learn what high schools around the
country/world have for a Release Policy for students.
Does your school allow students to leave school early for work, because they have
enough credits to graduate when they finish morning classes, or for some other
reason(s)?
Some thought I was asking about release days for bad weather, teacher days and
other ocassions.
I'm looking for how high schools deal with students. For example currently at my
school, seniors who have a morning class and no mid morning class may leave the
campus and then return for an afternoon class. If their last class is at 12 noon
they may leave campus for the day. My first year principal is not fond of the
current policy and has asked me to see how other high schools deal with this.
Agian, if you can help please e-mail me at fmoore@horrycountyschools.net as I can
collate the responses I get here at school instead of at home where I typically
read my LM_NET mail.
