[LM_NET] TECH-->TimeLiner (Snyder Production)

Hello All, 

I am using TimeLiner to create a year long holiday timeline.
In the banner view, I want to add a sound.  I saved a clip of traditional Irish 
music (copyright free downloaded as an MP3 from Soundzabound).  When I try to 
import the file I get the following error message: "error-37."

I asked our tech person for help.  She suggested converting to .wav.  Simple 
enough, but when I try to import, I still get the error message.  No help at Snyder 
and haven't heard from my techie in 24 hours.  Any suggestions?
