[LM_NET] TECH: Follett Destiny

Colleagues,
I desperately need some help resolving an issue with our Follett Destiny program. 
We spent big bucks last year to upgrade to Destiny and until a few months ago we  
absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, when our district switched to an ISA server we 
have been unable to download Marc records or access any of the web-based functions. 
I am sure some of you have had the same issue....Could someone please help me out 
with this problem? Thanks in advance!
