[LM_NET] GEN: Hippo book name?

Hey wise librarians- our school secretary was looking for a book that
she remembers from her childhood. It's a picture book about a hippo
that is sick. She remembers something about an illustration with the
hippo and a thermometer... do you know the name of this book?

any insight would be appreciated!!!!
