[LM_NET] two LM_Net folders and no emails

Hi All,
 
I hope someone out there can help!  Last week my LM_Net folder disappeared in 
Microsoft outlook.  One minute it was there the next just gone.  I have all my 
LM_Net emails go to this folder so that (I created a rule).  When I couldn't find 
the folder I created a new one.  This was fine for a while but then the other one 
returned!  Now that I had two the trouble began.  I tried to delete one and it 
won't let me because it says that there is one with the same name so I need to 
rename one but it won't let me rename it.  Now I'm not getting any emails at all.  
I tried to edit the rule to have the emails sent to a new folder but I can't edit 
the Rule.  I'm racking my brain but can't figure this one out.  HELP!!
