At our school- granted we only have 525 - the boys coming from a study hall
are required to stay in the library during the entire study hall period.
Anyone coming at any time for a specific thing which will only take a few
minutes, e.g. to make a copy or get a book or printout something, MUST have
a slip with them that the teacher has signed with student name, class,
purpose of visit and time they left the classroom and projected time they
are expected back. This slip is given to me or my assistant. When the
student leaves, we sign it and enter the time they left the library. They
must then turn the slip in to their teacher.
Anyone who takes too long to get back is not permitted allowed this
privilege again.

Subject: SEC: Students returning to class from the mc, and never getting
