[LM_NET] TARGET: Do you know this book?

Hello LM-Netters-

A patron came in looking for a picture book from her childhood (she's approximately 
40).   What she remembers is a child on a boardwalk with a balloon or cloud  that 
morphs into various shapes.  One shape is the shape of a dog.  This rings no bells 
with me... how about you?
