Thanks to all who answered. As near as I could tell, Oklahoma switched between
1986 and 1995 but Jessalynn McCoin gave the final answer:
Oklahoma switched to full court in the school year of 1994-1995. I remember
because that is the year I stopped playing basketball.
Now I wonder why the people who made the movie (Believe in Me) had the girls
playing full court in the 60's when the book clearly explained half court rules?
I go back to work tomorrow and my trivial pursuit will end.
