[LM_NET] Mid/Elem books that will teach vowel combos

I am looking for some books that will teach vowel combos (ie, ai,ay, ea,  ee, 
ey). These are for 6th grade students that read at about a 2nd grade level.  
Therefore, something of higher interest would also be very helpful. Thank you 
in  advance.
