[LM_NET] Do you know this skit?

I have been searching for a skit that was done at a high school I worked at 
years ago. It starts out with either a college professor or high school teacher 
speaking about how a particular child just is not prepared for the rigors of 
work at this level. It must be the junior high teacher's fault. The junior 
high teacher offers the same lament and it must be the elementary teacher's 
fault. The elementary teacher blames the kindergarten teacher, who blames the 
mother, who blames the father. Does anyone know where I can get the script? I've 
not been very successful in my search probably because I can't figure out 
appropriate search terms. I think I need the help of a librarian! LOL.
