Hi Jo,

I did the same today and I actually went into my programs, found it, clicked 
on it and then I had to enter a user name and password, etc.  Try right 
clicking on start and search for "kidthing."  Then click on the program and 
hopefully you will get the prompts I did.  Good Luck
