[LM_NET] TARGET: TECH: Predictive Text-Google Search

I have one computer that has had some very, very inappropriate Google searches.  
When students start typing in Google to search other topics, the previous searches 
appear.  My question is two fold:
1)How do you turn off predictive searches?
2)Is there a way to find out when the search was done?
