[LM_NET] Study: [enable cookies] Information Literacy Implementation Survey (ILIS)

Hello everyone,

A few of you have reported trouble entering the IL survey.  Zoomerang tells
me you must have "cookies" enabled.  I need a minimum of 300 responses to
conduct analysis, so may I encourage you to try again if you had trouble. 
See below on enabling cookies.

The Zoomerang survey tool uses browser cookies (a small text file stored on
your computer) to track your progress during a survey.  If cookies are
blocked by your web browser or another program on your PC, the survey will
repeat the questions from the first page while numbering the questions as
if they were new.
