[LM_NET] Target: Tech

I am having a problem with a Panasonic camcorder that I bought for my multimedia 
class to use for shooting and editing videos.  We can take lovely videos but cannot 
get them to load for editing.  I've tried using RW discs and RAM discs.  I've 
recorded using the format that Panasonic said to use in order to edit.  I've tried 
to get the video to load on the Panasonic software and Adobe.  I've tried my 
computer at school and my personal computer.  The art teacher has also tried on 
various computers. He has experience editing while I don't.  We are using a 
Panasonic VDR-D310 and connecting to the computer via USB. I've tried to contact 
Panasonic but have had no response.  Does anyone have any suggestions for something 
that I could try so that my students and I can edit the videos that they have shot?
