My neighbor told me that she saw a program on TV that highlighted an innovative
anti-bullying approach from Canada. She told me that potential or known bullies
were matched with a young child, perhaps two or three years old. They were allowed
to bond with one another. The next step was to have the older student think of how
the child's life would be damaged if anyone tried to threaten, insult or demean the
child. Are there any Canadian librarians who are familiar with this program?
