[LM_NET] TECH: EIKI Overheads

Hi All,

We are having a bit of difficulty with a couple of our
overheads. They are EIKI model #3850A. We are trying
to replace the bulb but the new bulb will not go into
the socket. The replacement is an EYB bulb. We have
tried putting in an EIKO EYB and an EYB-5 although it
should not make a difference which we use. The bulb
that came out of it was a EYB made by OSRAM and it
does go back into the socket with no problem.  I'm
told that the bulb manufacturer should not make any
difference. Has anyone had a problem like this before
and can maybe shed some light on what I need to do? Thanks!
