[LM_NET] Help - Destiny Users: Inventory Problem

I have been having a problem uploading inventory scans.? Actually, they do scan, 
but some of the titles still show up as not unaccounted.?? I called Tech support at 
Follett today, but could not get through due to weather related problems.
Anyone else experience this problem?
