I've worked in three school systems in my career. Two did not have a
paid administrative level district library supervisor. One did--in
the early years--but she stepped down to give her weekly hours to
building level service, at which point, we shared the responsibility
for "coordinator" (just a stipend position).

Some of the large districts I speak in have multiple district library
supervisors, smaller ones often do not have one at all. If you have
a district library supervisor (someone who is paid to just do
that)--or you ARE a district library supervisor, would you let me
know? I'm not sure how many there are about these days!

Best,
Toni
