[LM_NET] GEN: Uncorrected Proof books

A teacher just donated three books to my library.  They were given to her at a 
conference she attended.  All three books have the following statement on the 
front: An Advance Reviewer Copy - Uncorrected Proofs - Not For Sale.  Is it legal 
for me to put these books on the shelves in my library?
