With the many great reviews last week on the ORCA publishing books, I thought I 
would forward those onto the publisher.  Here is their quick reply:

  WOW!  Most of the reviews are fantastic.
  Thank you so much for sending them to us.
  One person suggested looking at the teacher's guides for a good synopsis of the 
story and I would second that.
  All of our Orca Currents are quite safe in content, but still high interest 
stories.  Our Orca Sports series have older protagonists than in the Currents, but 
are still good hi/lo stories that are safe.
  I would say about two thirds of the Orca Soundings titles would be fine for your 
middle school kids.
