Good Morning!
Our special ed department is getting spoiled by all the new audiobooks
I've been ordering for them and I'm happy to do it.
Now the English classes are doing literature circles. We very
carefully chose novels that were short and teen friendly, but the
special ed teachers are still looking for audio. Which of course do
not exist for these particular titles.
We don't mind reading to the kids, but it seems that if we could record
as we read, we'd have our very own disc to lend to a kid or use again
next year.
Has anyone ever made their own? I'm assuming a few things: that if we
do record our own for class use or student need according to their IEP
it would be considered Fair Use. And also that we could keep it
indefinitely.
Should we burn it to a disc or try a podcast or both???
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
