[LM_NET] Receipt Printer and Destiny

I am at an elementary school and am looking for a good reliable receipt printer to 
use with Destiny.

Here are my questions (and if you have other advice to offer, please feel free).

Best place to purchase?
Best brand?
Best type of connectivity?
Approximately how many receipts per roll of tape?
Ease of connection?

Any thing else?
