[LM_NET] We've all got bellybuttons

I have the book "We've All Got Bellybuttons!" by David Martin. I was going to read 
it to some pre-school classes, and I noticed in the author bio that it originally 
was a song the author would sing. I'm pretty good at carrying a tune, and would 
love to sing it to the kids. Does anyone know the tune of this song, or do you know 
a place on the web where I can listen to it?
