[LM_NET] HIT: Truly excellent author websites

Here are the recommendations I got from this list for truly excellent  
author websites. My request was specifically for authors are obviously  
engaged with their website, adding plenty of content for readers. If  
you don't see your favorite, I'd love to hear about it. I'm very much  
interested in hearing about more authors who answer letters from  
readers via their blogs.
