[LM_NET] HIT for cir desk items forthcoming

Hello everyone,
I've been compiling the HIT for this very active thread...I'm up to 70 responses, 
an 11 page document! I agree with
quite a few of you, what an interesting discussion this is. Keep the ideas coming 
and I will post the HIT soon. It will
definitely be too big and will need to be in many parts. I am also considering 
adding it to our wiki and would
