[LM_NET] Upcoming Hit for Teacher Websites

Thanks so much to everyone who sent websites and to those who requested
them.  I received so many that I'm compiling them into a pdf for everyone.
However, I'm checking each of them to make sure they are still good, so
watch on Monday for the hit.  Thanks again to all who were so generous with
