[LM_NET] TARGET: Musical Theory Websites

I have a music teacher who needs an online (free) website to allow his
students to practice reading musical notes.  I once saw a website that
a music teacher used with her students but I do not recall what it is.

If anyone has any suggestions or knows of a site that allows students
to practice reading music, recognizing notes, scales, etc., I'd love
to know!

I'll post a HIT if anyone is interested.
