[LM_NET] Do you know this story?

Hi All!  Our counselor is looking for a story that she uses every year, but has 
recently been misplaced.  It is called "Sammy Sweet" and she thinks she got it out 
of a book years ago.  It goes something like "Sammy Sweet, who 
has 2 left feet, 1 blue(?) shoe & 1 brown(?) shoe, a purple (?) 
umbrella....etc.  It's a very short story that I feel pretty confident was 
copied out of a book."  Does anyone recognize this story?  And if so... where can I 
find it fast? =)
